This one's CGI sync'd to live video that was taken at a miniature model village in England. My wife Beth thought up the storyline, did all the CGI and sync stuff, I did the music and also some cc on the video. (BTW the singing is me.)

Ha ha, sorry about that.

It's an embedded flash video. If it doesn't play smoothly you can hit pause and let it load. Thanks.

hi jaegersing,

Thanks for sharing your masterpieces. Got to know only this morning due to busy schedules.

I guess I can only enjoy them this late evening.

BTW, I will going to IT Show this evening to see if there's hands-on for the A1 and V1.

Ya, hands-on is the only real way to compare. Even how the camera feels can sometimes override what you read in the spec sheet. Hope you manage to find a good hands-on demo.

Thanks YK. Yes, I wrote the music and lyrics, and used midi instruments to record the backing track for me to sing along to.

She doesn't create the models from scratch, she mainly makes changes to the facial features and clothes. And of course she does all the animation. It's quite a trick to convey emotion with these models. And the rendering takes forever, I don't have the patience to try any of this stuff.

jaegersing,

Wow you can compose too, so very talented.

I was trying to get a Creative EMU card with MIDI interface from the IT Show, but not available. They said that all EMU products are being sold in their head office in Jurong only.

I can't really compose, but just like to play with MIDI.

EMU stuff is very good. I don't know what Creative are thinking about, their marketing is terrible. They have these specialist Creative shops in Singapore and don't even have enough Creative products to fill the shelves, yet they still don't stock any EMU products in them. Maybe it's to avoid having to train the sales staff?

I think you can get some of the EMU cards in SLS. There's one with a Proteus soft synth bundled which would be quite nice. I still have my old Proteus1 rack module, still going strong after 14 years, but the software version includes loads more instrument sounds.
